TEMPORARY BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN STAFFING

This program is designed to meet the short-term needs of your facility during personnel shortages (employee vacation, training sessions, JCAHO preparation, etc.).


CONSULTING ON NEW EQUIPMENT PURCHASES

With over 26 years experience our engineers can offer helpful suggestions whether purchasing or leasing new or reconditioned equipment.  We can also provide site preparation services to facilitate a problem-free installation.


MANAGEMENT OF WARRANTY SERVICES

We can take the oversight responsibility of monitoring all warranty services to ensure timely effective service from OEM vendors.


RE-CONDITIONED EQUIPMENT

We will solicit on your behalf quotations for your re-conditioned equipment needs.  We not only gather this information but also check references for vendor claims and give you the written results.


EXCESS CAPITAL EQUIPMENT

We will broker your used equipment to obtain the best return on your excess capital equipment.  We deal with a network of over 400 used medical equipment dealers.

LOANER/RENTAL/LEASE EQUIPMENT

Advanced Bio-Medical has an extensive inventory of medical equipment in our warehouse.  Free loaner equipment will be provided at no charge when available while we are performing service on your equipment. We also offer for sale/lease/rental
re-conditioned certified patient ready equipment.  Please call for availability.

We offer a wide array of service plans to meet your equipment maintenance needs, and will tailor a program optimized to your specific requirements.

DEPOT LEVEL REPAIRS SUPPORT
Written repair estimates will be provided at no charge for equipment sent to one of our facilities.  Please call our office at (800) 383-8962 and you will be issued an RGA number for tracking purposes.  On-site estimates are available for a nominal charge.
PM SUPPORT
Preventive Maintenance support is available contractually or at standard labor rates, and will insure your equipment continues to function at peak performance.  All Preventive Maintenance is preformed to meet OEM published guidelines by trained experienced engineers.  Documentation is provided on completion which meets certification required by NFPA99 and JCAHO.
TOTAL CARE SUPPORT
Total care support is available contractually or at standard hourly rates.  We provide all service necessary to minimize downtime, and when equipment failures do occur take the immediate actions to resolve the malfunction and get your equipment up and running.  This includes:
         ON-SITE REPAIR
            PARTS REPLACEMENT
            PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
CUSTOM SUPPORT PLANS
Realizing that each facility’s equipment maintenance program needs are unique, we will design a program to meet your specific goals.  For example, you may wish to increase or decrease the PM frequency from OEM suggested guidelines.
